Visa rules change often. Each destination's rule sheet is dated and lists its sources. We show you when a sheet hasn't yet been checked against the official page, and whether you get a visa is always the country's decision.
Do you store my Aadhaar number?
No. When a portal asks for your Aadhaar number, you type it at that moment; FileItUp enters it into the portal once and keeps nothing. Your case file never contains it.
Is your tax computation final?
FileItUp computes your ITR under both regimes from your figures so you see the tax, the cheaper regime and any refund before filing. The Income Tax portal pre-fills from AIS / Form 26AS; if its figures differ from yours, FileItUp stops and asks. It is not tax advice.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No one can. FileItUp makes sure your application is complete, consistent and filed correctly: the right visa, the right documents for your situation, a passport valid for long enough, and a trip within the allowed stay. The decision is always the country's.
Is FileItUp a government service?
No. FileItUp is an independent assistant. It files on the official portal on your behalf, on your explicit instruction, and shows you every step as it happens.
Do you store my OTPs, passwords or card details?
Never. OTPs and captcha answers are relayed to the agent's browser once and forgotten. Payment is always done by you, in a takeover — the agent never types payment credentials.
Can I try it without filing anything real?
Yes. Practice mode runs the whole flow — captcha, OTP, payment, receipt — on a built-in practice portal that is clearly marked as not the Government of India. Nothing is sent to FSSAI and no money moves.
How does DigiLocker work with FileItUp?
You sign in to DigiLocker and approve access once. FileItUp then fills your application details from your e-Aadhaar and PAN record, and pulls documents like your Aadhaar or driving licence straight into your filing, so there's nothing to scan. You check everything before it's saved. We never store your Aadhaar number, and you can disconnect at any time.
What do I get at the end?
A receipt PDF with the portal's reference number, the details and documents that were filed, and the portal's acknowledgement, so you can track your application.
Why do I need an account?
Your case file holds your PAN, address and documents. An account keeps it private to you and lets you come back to a filing later.
